  • Comic Drawing
    When: Thursday, April 19, 2018 - 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
    Where: Children's Room (2nd Floor Main Library)

    Marvel DC Comic Illustrator Joe Del Beato will lead drawing instruction for children and teens ages 7 to 17. Learn how draw your favorite characters. In March, Artist Joe Del Beato will lead free workshops focusing on Female characters that have been featured in comics, cartoons and graphic novels. Ages 9-17. All materials supplied. No experience necessary.
  • Crafty Fridays
    When: Friday, April 20, 2018 - 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM

    March 3 – Paper craft celebrating Holi
    March 16 – Celtic Knot Craft for St. Patrick’s Day
    April 13 – National Library Week craft
    April 20 - Recycled Craft for Earth Day
    April 27 - Arbor Day Project
    Kids ages 6-12 use their imagination to make and take home crafts with seasonal themes. Children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult/guardian. All materials supplied.
  • Earth Day Craft

    Celebrate Earth Day with family or friends. Make a recycled craft together at the library.

    Earth Day Science fun in partnership with Rutgers Extension Program.
  • Pre-School Rhyme Time
    When: Thursday, April 26, 2018 - 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
    Where: Main Library -- Second Floor Meeting Room

    Features stories, songs, fingerplays and simple crafts for ages 3 to 5, accompanied by an adult. Family and siblings are welcome. Library story times are a fun way to help your child develop skills they will need to be ready to read.
