  • Chess Club
    When: Wednesday, January 24, 2018 - 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
    Where: Main Library -- Second Floor Meeting Room

    The library's new chess club is for ages 9-18 and all experience levels. An experienced chess player will be present to teach: Novices who want to learn how to play and players with experience who want to improve. Space limited. Please call youth services to register. 609-345-2269 X3050.
  • Comic Drawing
    When: Thursday, January 25, 2018 - 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
    Where: Main Library -- Second Floor Meeting Room

    Marvel DC Comic Illustrator Joe Del Beato will lead drawing instruction for children and teens ages 7 to 17. Learn how draw your favorite characters. In February, Beato will lead free workshops focusing on African American characters in comics, cartoons and graphic novels. All materials supplied. No experience necessary.
  • Tween Days in the Teen Lounge
    When: Saturday, January 27, 2018 - 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
    Where: Teen Zone (2nd Floor - Main Library)

    Kids aged 9-12 are invited to rock out in the Teen Space. This is your chance to enjoy gaming: Participants need a library card in good standing to participate.

    Where: Children's Room (2nd Floor Main Library)

    Use our Legos and your imagination to create something fantastic! Ages 6 to 12.
